I would like to ask for help. Our situation is the following. My partner is a multi-skilled handy-man who works with one help. Since recent times he has been working for daily wage as a subcontractor. But from now on he would like to undertake the jobs. He is a sole trader and Registered CIS card holder. We are looking forward to get a big job, renovating a full house and I don`t know if we should form a company or not and if yes which form is the best for us. I don`t know where to get information on pricing, also I don`t know to much about public liability insurance and wether he can get it if he does not have papers of qualifications. I mean corgi and things like that. Thank you for advice and ideas in advance.
