I recently been working with unemployed people with CV-writing skills and application form,Building motivation,confidence and Sourcing vacancies for them.

Personal I have helped a couple of people get back into work and now I want to start a company that works with unemployed people to help them get back into work.

I would like to know is it a good time to start a welfare to work company?
