Moving Ltd Company to France

Dear Startup.co.uk users,
My fiancee and I are looking to move to France in the near future and would like some advice before doing so.
Initially we will be staying with my fiancees parents who live in Beziers in south of the the country where she was born.
I am aged 30 and was born in England where I have lived my whole life. I own and manage a successful Graphic and Website design agency which I will continue to run from France as most of my work is service based and can be performed remotely.
Marie is 27 and is a freelance translator and earns good money. Therefore we can both easily support ourselves and each other.
Due to a childhood illness I do require a regular health checkups and therefore require health cover almost right away.
My four questions are regarding health care and my business:
1) How can I go about obtaining health care right away with the full intention of paying French taxes?
2) How soon could I be issued with a social security card?
3) Can you offer any advise as to whether I can continue to run my Ltd company from the UK but pay French taxes, or would it be more advantageous to move the company to France or setup a new company in France?
4) Where can I obtain a residents permit?
I have phoned banks, accountants, embassies, advice line etc, all of which have failed to offer any solid help.
If you can answer the above questions I would be more than grateful, or if you can advise on where is best to obtain this information for myself that would also be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Simon

This is a complicated issue and you should certainly speak with an accountant about it, as it may require more in-depth analysis than can be given on a forum, I'm afraid
.
Many accountants give an hour (or more) of free consultation - including the one I work for.
