How much would it be costing you for the franchise and what would you be getting? Is it just business setup, or do they also proactively publicise your business - and if so, how? All I'd say is; if they haven't got KFC's secret recipe, I'd (if you haven't already) weigh up the costs of setting it all up yourself and associated advertising costs. In Leeds area, there's been a few successful startups, especially when they pitch it to local businesses that are co-inhabiting an office block, etc, where you're able to clean onsite.
