Hi there,
Am just in the process of setting up a ltd company and am having some trouble getting my head around all the paperwork etc - on top of that i still havn't been able to find a suitable accountant who is genuinely helpful and will be able to sort out our tax etc. Most importantly i would like a fixed fee structure - not an answer like "how long is a piece of string" when asked what their prices are (as the last accountant i saw did).
So if anyone knows of a good accountant please let me know and i will be ever so greatful!
Kind Regards,
Helen

Helen,
I work on fixed fees for small limited companies, although I am not based in London, I do most of my work remotely via telephone, email and letter. I have developed a package to help people get started with limited companies and go through all the paperwork and conceptual issues in a structured way so that you can understand what you are doing.
If this sounds suitable for you, please take a look at my website which explains a bit more about what I do or feel free to give me a call.
Regards,
