What kind of thing were you expecting them to do? And how would you evaluate the results?

I know it's sometimes tricky to trace where leads came from when it is about developing client relationships. How were you planning on dealing with this?

Hi Caroline,

The role would be to target high value customers such as large blue chip multinationals with a minimum of 100 employees at each office. We have a list of named contacts for individuals that are likely to be in charge of making the purchasing decision so this would be the starting point.

The individual would need to set meetings with the relevant buyer and present the service on a one to one basis so excellent communication skills will be required. Setting up these meetings has proved challenging, however we would also be able to provide leads generated from incomming enquiries.

The candidate would be given monthly sales targets which their performance would be reviewed against. The right person would be able to make a lot of money from this opportunity, however I appreciate that this role would be suitable for everyone.
