Looking for London based business partners (Equity offered)

Good Morning.
I am looking for visionary go getters who are interested in setting up a mastermind group to build on an existing company within the marketing and technology sector.
The company:
The business was set up in 2011 originally as marketing agency for start-ups, the business has since grown organically and has evolved to include a new brand which is innovative and appealing to it's target audience. With good margins and an interesting concept I am now looking to build a strong alliance with 2/3 London based business partners preferable with a strong business background in the following fields:
Digital: Web Design & Development, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media and Technology
Creative: Graphic Design, Illustration, Animation, Copywriting
Business Development: Marketing and Sales

I work for large financial services organization at senior position in London. I have always been interested in startups and was involved in two at their very early stages in my 13 years working life. What excites me about startups is the excitement and sense of achievement of doing something from scratch. I have expertise in software development and as well as engaging/liaising with clients and stake holders.
