Don't think you'll have much luck find a company that agrees to be paid on the leads that you manage to sell to. As far as I'm aware, you'd need to buy the leads up front - whether they buy or not is up to your salesmanship.

If money's an issue, make sure you get good leads and a decent price.

Yes, Just like Dan said, I can promise you that there are no telemarketing companies out there who would agree on such set up.

Ways to keep your costs down...

1. Try to minimise your costs by compiling a list of companies yourself instead of buying it.
2. Do a couple of calls yourself to help you create a phone script (to use as a guideline not to read letter by letter) for all eventualities.
3. If you do not want to carry on calling through your list yourself (telemarketing can be a chore!) you may want to try to get some students who are looking for some extra cash to do some calling for you and pay them by the hour and give them an incentive if they generate 5 leads or something similar.

That is all I can think of at the moment apart from....calling yourself and ask family to do it for you.....

First off though I would really think about whether cold calling will work for you and that really depends upon your target audience and the numbers canvass, why not also devote some time to networking at business events?

On top of the suggestions above regarding PPC advertising and contact centres, let me throw my two pennies in!

It is very normal for online affiliates to work on exactly the basis you are looking for - Its generally referred to as CPA - Cost per acquisition.

You could try affiliate networks, there are a few - e.g. Tradedoubler.

Not sure if you will find a company able to supply the types of leads you are after simply because of the niche nature of it.

I would suggest that your website is missing some very obvious opportunities - I work mainly in search engine optimisation and there are some low hanging fruit to be picked there!
