Title:

Freelance Home Based Executive Search Recruitment Consultant.

Role:

This work is of a part-time nature which can be undertaken in your spare time, working from home, week-days during
office hours, on an ongoing basis. You will operate as a freelance consultant earning according to successfully
completed assignments. This is ideal for someone already working from home, students (excellent business exposure
to add to your CV), housewives, part-time workers, senior citizens / pensioners and people with mobility restrictions.
The opportunity does exist for exceptional candidates to be offered permanent roles with related benefits in the future,
based upon ongoing performance and on own merit over an initial period of time. This is not a direct sales role as
Senior Consultants / Managers will assist you once you have obtained a successful referral.

Duties:

To telephone a target group of Business Executives and Professionals in order to obtain referrals from them, which
will assist you in facilitating the successful completion of recruitment assignments. The recruitment industries are:

-Health (Specialised fields)
-Financial (Senior posts only)
-Legal (Senior legal secretarial / Solicitors / Lawyers)

Training & Support:

You will receive training and support on an ongoing basis.

Earning Potential:

Successful consultants will earn the assignment value, per assignment, which differs in value, anywhere between
£250.00 to £1000.00 per assignment once successfully completed. You will be working several shared assignments at
any given time and could thus earn up to £5000.00 per month, should you successfully complete five higher value
assignments.

This is a recruitment based role therefore consultants will need to have a second or initial form of income to see
themselves through the initial period financially, as you may be completing assignments within your first week
however billings and invoicing payments can take up to a month as from the candidate placement date.
Once you have received your first income amount, you should however receive a regular ongoing income from that
point onwards, based upon your personal effort and ongoing success.

Requirements:

-A home land-line.
-A quiet home environment.
-A PC with the internet as much of our correspondence such as training and all assignments are delivered electronically.
-Excellent English communication skills.
-Willing to put in the effort and be comfortable and confident speaking to business executives and senior managers,
having a business2business experience is ideal.
-A high level of self motivation and a desire to earn a maximum income on an ongoing basis.
