I wouldn't recommend commission only route - it's often false economy.

People per hour is an excellent site for sourcing sales agents etc. I suggest placing an ad for an agent

We have also been thinking about taking on some self employed sales agents to sell our telecoms solutions.
I came across this website: http://www.sales-agents.com/index.php
I couldn't recommend them as we haven't used their services but thought that it was worth pointing them out.
Good luck

As a sales BPO company (Business Process Outsourcing) I would strongly recommend not pursuing the "commission only" sales route.

Agree with the above posters. Sales people who are good can command high basics (depending where they are and the sector), it's much more appealing to add a basic, even if it's just per hour with decent commission on top so they have the security of a basic income but also something to aim for with their sales.
