Fuse Jobs (www.FuseJobs.co.uk) is a recently launched jobsite / online recruitment company. We are taking on a sales team to build up our commercial partners and customers – employers, recruitment agencies and other job sites.
We need dynamic, motivated, resilient people who can work with us to generate new leads, convert sales and explore new revenue streams.
Ideally candidates will have some experience of working in a recruitment/jobsite environment, with any of the following types of client:
• Recruitment Agencies
• Diversity Recruiters
• FTSE-500 Companies
• Job Boards / Job Sites
However, don’t let this be a barrier – for the right person, we can offer training, industry knowledge and support to help you get started. Good sales technique, persistence and confidence in dealing directly with customers and senior executives is most important.
An understanding of online recruitment / advertising business models (in particular Pay Per Click) could be an advantage.
We are seeking people interested in joining an exciting new company at an early stage of its development, who will have the opportunity to help shape and grow the business.
Salary is negotiable but will be based on a low retainer, high commission structure, so your confidence in your own ability to sell is paramount. Central support will be provided with salesforce CRM, leads, campaign pitches and marketing materials.
We are seeking a diverse team and would be equally interested in applicants who wish to work full-time or part-time, on-site or working from home. Distance is not a barrier.
To find out more, please send a CV and details of any relevant experience to matt@fusejobs.co.uk
Closing date for first round of hiring is 25th April.
