Hi Ive been thinking for a while to start my own business in property lettings,management,sales could you give me some advice on start up, would appreciate some resouces to look through.
How would I also take payment from tenants that always gets me worked up.
is it best to start up as LTD?
Also could you suggest some names for the business

hi john, if you are thinking of this the prehaps i can go some way to helping you. i have a unique domain name that would attract a great deal of interest to your site. it is wembleyproperties.co.uk, now i know you may not be based in london or even wembley but what with the new stadium about to be opened in april it will be one of the most searched for things when it does open and having this name would direct traffic to you.

The only problem with that is he will have to call his company wembley properties, people might wonder why its called wembley properties if hes not near wembley?
If your going down that route you might aswell find out what the most searched word is and just name it "mostpopularword"properties?
