Hi everyone, I'm Amy and I am in need of a bit of legal advice for starting a small charity business.

My idea was to make organic dog biscuits, sell them on a few dog forums I am a member of and passing on the profit to a rescue centre.

The more I thought about it I realised that everyone is out to sue people these days. Obviously I don't want to be spending a heap on getting quality control procedures, laboratory evidence for what is in the ingredients and a licensed kitchen (which is what I have been told I would need), but is there anything else I can do to make this business work?

Would just liability insurance do or do I really need all the above things?
