Kitchen share

Hiya,
I currently produce food at home to sell in London food markets and am looking to expand slowly next year. I am looking to use a professional kitchen few hours a week, even 2 nights a week will be enough. Does anyone know how to go about doing it? Are there any kitchens that you can hire by the hour. I have researched the internet but there is no information.
Also, if anyone is willing to hire their own prof kitchen in London please let me know.
Thanks

Hi Jenny,
I am in the process of setting up an event catering company and am looking of different options for kitchen rental. If your kitchen is still available please can you advise on prices and terms.
Many thanks
Byron

cmicallef, Jenny Fribbens,
This is actually a really interesting idea... is there really nowhere online which matches people with kitchens? The internet is obviously inundated with sites matching businesses to offices and now others such as the landshare project matching gardeners to gardens.
Perhaps there's something in it! *runs off to do some googling*

Hi cmicallef
If You're searching online for you desired product / service and you can't find it, this may be a good sign that it's something you can offer to others and start up yourself.
Most entrepreneurs ideas for businesses come from initial problems they had when searching or wanting something from a product or service and found out it wasn’t there or it needed improving etc.
If I had time, I would look in to it myself, but I’m sure there are people on here that can do it too, so hurry!!
Good luck
