Anyways lets get back to the franchising part. We do serious business, no games like the other franchisors like to play. Our interest is your growth, because this also helps us build our name throughout europe. Your success is our success
Franchising from us is easy, we keep it simple as we don't want to read piles of document as well.
Here are the terms.
1. There is a one time upfront payment of S$(15,000) (this is about
6500 british pounds)
2. You are obligated to buy any restocking of sapphires or rubies directly from us while your franchise is still operational.
3. If you do not intend to buy from the mine anymore, you will not be able to use our expertise and name anymore. No other penalties or fees.
4. If we find out that you have stocked up gemstones from other mines or distributors, your franchise contract will be null and voided. You will no longer be able to use our name. Its that simple, no other suing or any other penalties.
5. Never ever missuse our name by selling fakes, we will not tolerate this. If you do this your franchise contract will be null and voided. You will no longer be able to use our name. Its that simple, no other suing or any other penalties.
6. You are obliged to follow the rules of payment. We will not cheat
you. We have always delivered on our promises. We don't play
games.
7. Any taxes or vat on your side of the border is your responsibility.
This should not be too much.
8. We will include all receipts for transactions with us.
9. There is no royalty payment or fees.
10. If you recruit another franchisee and the person has said you have
recommended him/her and that person signs on and we receive
the one time payment of S$ 15,000 (this is about 6500 british
pounds)you will receive 10 % of that amount as an introduction fee.
11. We have a minimum order quantity of S$ 5,000 ((this is about
2200 british pounds) for all customer orders and restocking
orders. This is not difficult to achieve if you are hard working.
12. If you require large stones for sapphires and rubies, we will provide
that as well.
13. Any mine documents or quotations sent to you are confidential and
must not be shared with anyone. If you share the documents your
franchise contract will be null and voided. You will no longer be
able to use our name. Its that simple, no other suing or any other
penalties.
14. As long as you are our franchisee we will answer any questions
you have. Even if you have a thousand questions we will entertain
you. We will never leave you hanging. We will train you specifically
in gemstone training, what they represent and how to go about it.
15. We have always run our precious stone business honestly since
1965 and we expect the same honesty from your dealing with us
or with your customers.
Here are the benefits
1. Once you pay the S$(15, 000) (this is about 6500 british pounds)
we will include the first stocks of your franchise for free. This will be
the following. Please note that they are all IF grade. This is
internally flawless, the highest grade on the gemstone market.
(1.) 100 carats yellow sapphires (0.15 carat each, 3mm, 660 pcs)
(2.) 100 carats green sapphires (0.15 carat each, 3mm, 660 pcs)
(3.) 200 carats madagascar blood rubies ( 0.5 - 1.2 carat each, 3mm-
4mm, about 100 pcs) (pure 80)
2. All profits you make is yours to keep, we touch nothing of it, all
100% is yours to keep.
3. If we have buyers in the UK and they want to see samples or buy
directly, we will send them to you. If they give you an order, you are
obligated to buy that order from us, not from anyone else. How much
you charge them is entirely up to you.
4. You can run the business how you seem fit, we will never interfere
in your franchise at all. You will have all the freedom you need, all
decisions are made by you for the direction of your own business.
5. As in the coming future we intend to go into the diamond business
as a franchisee, you will have first choices of different coloured
diamonds at mine direct prices.
