...Talented People in the world (In the Home Care Sector)

hi People , i have an idea which would like to share and ask for your honest opinion.

The title say it all...

i am currently in progress of building a web site which will promote only the most talented people out there related only to this sector:
-Home Care and Quality of Life.

My questions are:

How do you think this type of idea will change the world economic?

And Why do you think people will like it, and will choose to work with me?

If it was in your power, what would you change/improve to make it become a reality ?

the people with the most relevant to the topic comments will be short listed and contacted to discuss it further. I do look for extra help.... it might be yours
