Job board looking for serious business partners and investors.

My job board is nice looking, with few innovating features and few in preparing. However my job board don't have too much job ads people joining to our database.

Without penny our database in 1months grown from 0 to 514 job seekers and counting. On single job ads coming up to 30-50 applications, so without penny we getting similar amount of applications like recruitment businesses. Some stats from Google Analytics:

Unfortunately I lost job and right know I don't have money on investing in this business. I'm IT Engineer and I want move to London (lack of IT jobs in Edinburgh), but to do that I have to get some simple job, so I have to reserve some money on relocating etc., so my investments in this business can't be so high like I anticipate.

Right know I starting with another business which hopefully will give me enough to cover all costs of development.

Beside this business will need more people to run that business well and efficient (at least one of owners must have IT knowledge and spent a lot of time on developing new features etc.). So I gonna need someone good with marketing and finances.


Why my business is perfect to investment ?

I know that in there is big competition but I've got perfect plan and new features which will take whole e-recruitment on wholly new level for everyone (recruiters, job seekers and job agencies), it will save time of job seekers, as well costs of recruiters and job agencies.

So point with question why my business, we finish.


How my business will grow up without millions of pounds on advertisements in TV and radio ?

This business will not grow up with help of millions of pounds and advertisements on TV and radio.
It is e-business, over 80% of British people is using broadband so we don't need millions of pounds on advertisements.
We don't use Google Ad Words as well, it is too expensive and it isn't efficient.

With enough big budget we can be very high in Google organic listings (amount of that budget is small fraction of cost Ad Words advertising where amounts of visits:
- organic up to 25,000 visits per day (and more, cost per day up to £100 with my knowledge)
- Ad Words 1,000 visits per day around from £1,000 up to even £10,000 (!!!)

You can believe, if we will go so far that we will be close to sign and close deal and be future business partners, before you pay money I will proof everything, so don't worry, I know that it sound like crazy talk, but it is true. Everything what you need to make that true is SEO knowledge.


When I will relocate to London and get some nice job fitting to my experience and skills and will be able to take loan to make my part of investment.

How much we will need, around £100,000 to cover ALL costs in first 2 years. Business will start earning serious money in around 12-14 months from official start (right know I just checked if people will like our graphic, script etc.,).



One more very important thing. This business will be have similar version in other European country, but that version will start few months after we will setup everything here. Why ?

- in that country on this kind of business with everything what I have right know (script, dedicated server, graphic, people in database), I'm able to get £250,000 without problem (money come from EU program to develop e-businesses), so my investment will rise to £250,000 after 6 months (next payout will be about September 2010).

This cash is only on development of business, it can't be used on anything else (only costs of business, development, etc.), but because it is e-business this money can cover as well similar costs of main business in UK (development, SEO works, dedicated servers etc.).



How much I'd like to get to accept you on my business partner ?
- at least £100,000 for 49% in both businesses (as well in UK and in that country)
- at least 10-15 hours per week on some works on beginning of this business
- at least modern attitude
- willing to work as well in that European Country (in there practically we can start earning and make profits even from Google Ad Words campaign (much less serious competition))


To summary:
I have plan on everything and I know that with help we can earn a lot of serious cash from both businesses and be quite rich in 5 years from now.
You don't risk practically at all any money, because we will get these money from EU in this year and it will be enough to cover all costs (only costs connected with internet not with renting office in UK or whatever) like SEO works, development works, etc.

Everything just before I will proof ! Everything is legally (I took legal advice in that country) and sure.
