As a serial investor I get 10's of business plans and early stage investment opportunities, most of which are not worth the paper they are printed on, however, about 2% are potentially very good. At the moment all of my cash is tied up in different investments and this got me thinking about starting a Venture Capital Fund.
I have worked as a a derivatives and equities broker dealing with High Net Worth's so I have a lot of contacts who could potentially invest. This would allow me raise finance to invest in this potential start ups and early stages.
All I need is either some advice or someone who could come on board as a partner who has the expertise and legal knowledge of how this fund could be structured and whether it should be a private LLC fund or a maybe AIM or Plus market floated fund.
This would allow me to free up my time to concentrate on the potential investments to minimize the high risk which is associated with these sorts of investments
