As an investor you would be buying into the Business, but more important the property, (Current value £150.000.00). Making this a fairly safe investment.
Due to my experience and knowledge in this industry/ field, I feel that you would see a profit return very quickly, but also the property is going to appreciate in value too. I have found that working on a projection, it is quite easily possible to earn £70.000.00 plus per annum. Although this is not life changing money, it is the start of a business that has no limits to how big it can grow.
This is a business that has over 4,000,0000 potential clients in the UK, let alone the rest of the world which a percentage of, also enjoy this activity and type of Holiday.
