Facilitate Software & Consultancy (FSC) are a start-up Information Communications and Technology company whose services are designed to meet the demands of the home office, small office and the mobile workforce.

We are seeking investment of c£60k to launch a new SAAS CRM solution to the UK on the back of positive press in the USA and a failed buy-out of the owners by salesforece.com. FSC will work with a number of investors and are prepared to offer around 40% equity.

We have secured a 12 month reseller agreement with exclusive territories within the Uk to safeguard our initial marketing efforts and activitiy.

FSC have identified a SAAS CRM solution who's audience is the primarily based upon new business startups and SMEs. The solution comes with 3 free user subscriptions which we believe will gives us a competitive advantage over competitors when tight budgets will influence the decision making process of smaller organisations.
