My idea is to create a website to enable businesses to hold meetings online with conferences. Also, i want Entrepreneurs to be able to contact businesses with their business plans so i would need some sort of word editing programme on it.
Can someone help?!?

Not wanting to be a downer, but this is already being done by some huge players. To be frank if you're not sure how to or where to find people who know how to develop a website, I'm not sure it's a good idea for you to be taking on the likes of Google or 37signals et al.

Well the main idea was for Enterprises storing their business plans etc, so they no longer have to have hundreds of pages of sheets. Also they could then contact business with their ideas?
Is there anything that I could do to have a USP?

It would cost a large amount of money to develop this. If you are spending a lot of money, it pays to make sure you can get it back in revenue. A solid business plan is therefore needed to help you decide if this is a viable project.
Agree with Mex, but on the flip side, Myspace was everything until Facebook - if you can come up with a USP, make it cool, affiliate yourself with someone etc. then you stand a chance.
Duncan Bannatyne has just launched a web design company and I'm sure they will be successful. They advertise SEO services, even though their own on-site SEO is a disgrace, but I'm sure they will be successful anyway because of the "brand", financial muscle and resources behind them.

It's a tricky proposition, and you leave yourself open to huge problems. Business plans are fiercly guarded and secretive things, and I can't, in all honesty, see large corporations offering them up into what is effectively the public domain.
Imagine if you got hacked, for example, and all those business plans got stolen? Potentially multi-multi million pound lawsuits.
I'd leave it well alone if I were you.
Sorry.

I do not want to put a downer on the project either. But if you are having to ask these questions, you really will need to get somebody to do it for you. It is a very big job and a nice idea, but the question demonstrates that you probably would not achieve everything that would be vital to running a website like this on your own. This kind of website, and the work it will take to actually get people to join, takes a lot of time. Too many people think if you build it they will come. This is a web design myth.

I think you better hire professionals who can develop custom website for you. Building a website is a herculean task and getting it built in an affordable price is even more difficult. I have good contacts with a reputed website development company based out of India, which also provides with SEO. Do let me know if you are interested to get your website built in latest frameworks and that too at a very reasonable price.
