I started my small software company in 2005, developing and support medium to large companies with the business applications.
My area of expertise is quite specialist, and I am the only independent technical consultant in the UK (apart from the actual software vendor themselves!). Ever since 2005 when I left the Software Vendor, and go it alone, the phone hasn't stopped ringing, and I am constantly turning away work. To cut a long story short, I am looking for a partner who can help me both technically (Oracle) and with the business itself.

I could lend a hand with the business side,But i have absolutely no experience with Oracle.
However, i would be happy to learn, as i work in have a background in IT anyway (as a webdeveloper currently studying for a computer assembly and software certificate)

A short albeit interesting pitch you have presented here. Although not involved in Oracle development, your business aligns to my business model to provide specialist IT development and support to UK clients (both on an onshore and offshore basis).
One avenue I have recently considered is Oracle support - essentially for it's vast industry use and the opportunities for selling specialist skills.

I have 9 years of Oracle database experience – 10g, 9i, 8i, PL/SQL, SQL, Data Modelling, Server logic implementation in PL/SQL (Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers), Dynamic SQL, Data concurrency & consistency, Application security design using security policies (VPD - Virtual Private Database), Complex SQL queries, Database administration and installation.
