Sound like a nightmare doesn't it!

I basically would like to set up an online wedding flowers business, figuring I can take online enquiries and emails, deal with phone calls on my lunch break and in the evenings ( when most brides would prefer to discuss their wedding anyway) and do the arrangements in the evenings and at weekend deliver. I can access New Covent Garden and I'm planning to make contact with suppliers to costs up for my business plan in the next few weeks.

This is all in ideas stage for now, because I want to work out whether I can run a business from a rented property, as myself and my husband do not own our house.

Where would we stand with business rates, insurance etc? I have access to an accountant however he wants to see a business plan before he will meet with me and I have to have all of these questions answered.....can anyone help? Has anyone been in the same position? Is there anything else which I need to consider at this early stage before moving onto business plan with my situation as it is?
