Your post does not give too much away so I will share my concerns with everyone. When I worked for a large bank, dealing a lot with fraud, forgeries etc. I came across a number of dodgy operators in this field praying on the vulnerable.
Firstly you offer a Guaranteed account, if not you get your money back. I know what a guarantee is but this has to be the most pointless phrase. Guaranteed means it WON'T fail.
Secondly you charge people for putting their details around a few banks. We never dealt with these people. One woman I dealt with was charge about £200 to open the basic account we offered designed to be had by people with bad credit problems.
Beware people, BEWARE!

Adam – we are a reputable company who are registered with the Office of Fair Trading, we deal with 100’s of people that have impaired credit and allow them to have all the normal banking and credit facilities that are enjoyed by people in more fortunate positions.
Our service is “guaranteed” because we do not submit the clients application to every bank in the high street, we firstly obtain the clients credit file and carefully select a suitable bank, mortgage lender etc where we know through experience that the client will be successful, if for any reason the application does fail we will give a full refund.

I know of another company that offers a similar service, and offers swiss bank accounts, uk bank accounts and prepaid visa/mastercards. It's legit but you have to pay a fee to get set up with any of their accounts. It's www.freedom-international.org
