I am looking to launch a website aimed at the wedding and event business

I currently make hand crafted cards -do wedding calligraphy - and balloon designing -face painting and anything else creative.....

Prior to launching my site I would like to have a range of modern contemporary designs which involve graphic design - photoshop or illustrator - or similar packages

Ideally I would like to provide drawing of the designs I am looking for -
with reference to copyright free stock images or vector graphics - or websites where I have seen these images and have a professional graphic designer put together for me. Ideally some templates which allow me to devise new ideas would be great.

As I would be designing the cards - I would rather pay up front for the work as opposed to have percentage of sales as that becomes too complicated

I have been quoted £20 per template for putting together my drawings on graphics - which seems fair

However, I am also interested in quality so would like to hear from you and see samples of your work if you feel you would be the best person for the job. I am happy for input from the designer and any design elements which do not adapt well in illustrator I will take on board

Also can someone advise me where I may be able to purchase CS4 Master or Premium Collection or CS3 at an affordable price as it soooo expensive! -
