I've been doing some research and I've found out it's legal and accepted by Google to advertise for a competitors name in your keywords. I'm aware you cannot in anyway pretend to represent that company.

My questions are.....has anybody found this tactic has had them 'blacklisted'? Does it just lead to a lot of fraudulent clicks and no sales? Is it ethical?
