My name is Robert McLean and I run a relatively successful industrial cleaning business, that encompasses, pressure washing, cladding & high level cleaning, chewing gum & graffiti removal, drain jetting/cctv surveys, window & atria cleaning.

The business developed from again a reasonably successful regional window cleaning business (that I sold on to an employee).

The works are carried out for four of the top five supermarkets in the UK and for 4 of the top 6 principle contractors.

I am well over my capacity and have been sub contracting successfully for quite some time.

I want to bring this work back in house and under my logo, without the aggravation of employing directly.

Looking at franchising the business but it is all new to me and wouldn't mind some assistance with the next stage.
