The successful person will be tasked with building B2B sales within the bed industry within a given area. This position would suit an existing agent who already sells into the furniture trade and who needs additional products to represent. We manufacture top end Luxury Electric Beds in a range of sizes and also bespoke to any length, width, height and to accommodate any weight as well as for the mobility market. We provide easy clean foil wrapped wood finishes with ‘beech’ being the most popular and a range of faux suede upholstered, all look superb. Most beds being sold are standard, bland ‘divan type' upholstered beds’ all looking just the same as the next manufacturer, but ours are far more stylish, elegant and way different from the crowd. We can provide the beds as a non-adjustable option. Our beds are supplied to specialist bed retailers, with a set, highly competitive trade price list and to bed wholesalers, whose prices can be negotiated, with the approval of the MD, based upon quantity. Other targets included care homes, mobility centres, hotels & fire stations. Due to a recent factory move to larger premises we are looking to greatly increase our customer base to match our much increased potential output. The role will involve introducing our company and products to retailers to obtain that all important first sale and then to develop that customer into repeat business. We pay 20% commission on the first order from a new retailer and 10% on all subsequent orders for as long as you service the customer. A successful agent will later be tasked with developing and running a team of commission based canvassers and direct sales personnel aimed at obtaining and converting leads direct into the end users home. This will be conducted under a different trading name so that it does not conflict with our trade customers. Our product is unique in the market being delivered flat pack and can be assembled in under 20 mins right in the customers home. Our corners are our own patented design and are the strongest on the market and everything comes with a 5 yr guarantee. Further auxiliary products (outsourced) are being added all the time to widen the appeal such as mattresses, bedding, pillows and a range of matching bedside cabinets etc but these will remain peripheral to the products we manufacture. The role requires a great deal of autonomy and experience, reporting directly to the MD.
