Hi Ian,
Good Freelance Sales agents are hard to find unless you sell a seriously high value and attractive product. Selling commercial artwork etc is a hard slog for any salesperson as it is not like you can directly target people who you know will have an interest so it is a salespersons nightmare.
Advertising, Marketing and PR is where you need to start with pitching your business and of course via other online business forums which can be a rich source of business for small businesses.

We have a guy who came to us on comission only, he's an amazing sales guy and has basically doubled our weekly income from around 6k to 12k, I would highly suggest it but only if you can know that the person in question is realiable and most importantly Good at what they Do.
