This week has been very eventful for me, first I won an appeal for a parking ticket, having been caught on camera in a yellow junction box and secondly having been woken up early one morning by Baliffs wanting to clamp my car over another parking ticket. After one hour I had talked them out of clamping me as I was in the process of appealing and given an extra 14 days to sort the ticket out. So with that in mind, it struck me that someone could set theirselves up in helping people with similar problems at a fee. Before you start saying there are already websites, they only offer advice and I have found none that offer personal help. Forget solicitors as they cost more than the tickets and most dont know procedures of appealing anyway.Its a goldmine waiting to be struck. On a legal point ,you are a consultant providing help.
