I have created a network dedicated on promoting peoples work show reels from the art and creative media sectors.

It's a ning based website right? Not sure what you want us to rate here as its a niche based social network? Do you want a rating on the design?

Again - not sure what you are looking for, but my initial opinion is that there isn't a clear structure. there is no definition between the left and right columns and the center and it merges somewhat. Also - on my screen is a narrow fixed width, so i get a lot of white space right and left.
Also - if i click on some tabs at the top - it doesn't give me the opportunity to go backwards. I selected Sign Up - but i've got to use my back button to go back.
I do like the gallery! Some nice artwork too!
