Hi All

I am thinking of setting up a specifically dairy free food shop, 1 in 3 people suffer from some sort of dairy allergy and being one of them I find it really hard to have to go to a supermarket and have to read the labels on everything to find out if it has diary products in it.  This would potentially be a shop where you could walk in and pick something off the shelf knowing that it is dairy free.  There are plenty of these people on the internet but I would like to set up a shop.  Can anyone offer any advice?
