I would like to start a business importing African food stuffs. I would like to package them, then distribute around the UK and Europe. Can anyone give me advice and where i can find information regarding regulations in starting up. Would i be able to package the food in my home, or would i have to rent a unit?

Are there any UK regulation in importing food from Africa?
