I'm looking for a business partner around the Mid Glamorgan/Caerphilly County area. I'm thinking of opening up a "No Frills" fitness gym with no annual contract, no joining fee but with free induction.

The gym would just be a straight forward gym with no free weights, no sauna, no showers, no swimmings pools, no cafeteria, no aerobic classes but there will be basic toilets and changing rooms for male and female.

Although, free weights and fitness classes can be added on as the business succeed.

The equipments would consist of:

1) Cardio machines: Treadmills, Rowing Machines, Bikes, Cross Trainers..etc

2) Stationed strength machines for upper and lower body exercises.

The idea is for the mainstream to join the gym for a fixed price of £15 a month. Or even less as the business grows.

I got this idea from the Energie Fitness Franchise.
