Hi all
Im in the process of setting up a fast food joint. I have no interest in a frachise as the margin are to tight. Does anyone have any ideas or projections. All thoughts will be much appriciated.

Kam_17 - have you asked for info from the bigger companies about franchieses. Although you don't have to do it, the info they send cam sometimes be interesting and informative. Also, as you are going to be setting up in competition with some well known names it may be worth doing some market research in the area to see if there is the demand for another joint.
Further to that I suppose sitting down and finding a premises, local suppliers for food and non-food items, and costing it all.
