I have knowledge of building teams, managing tenders PSL Master Vendors, P&L forecasting Budgets, Employee Training & Development, Appraisals 121s and building a successful Recruitment business up from the ground with no financial support.

I have been successful enough to over achieve my objectives set 6 yrs ago to get the business to a point with results of implementing a solid team within now looking for an opportunity as I no longer wish to run my own business and would like to offer my knowledge of the last 12 yrs into a new organisation that needs developing into becoming another successful and profitable business within the U.K. or even a Global Business.

Currently I am looking for a salary basic with a good package and will consider all options salary wise, as I am available for work immediately.
