I am a few months away from my business going live, and know that I have a little more time on my hands now than I will later on. I was looking for an entrepreneur course, but can't seem to find anything - ideally a 1 week or 2 week course at one of the business schools / universities.
Any suggestions of where to look? I have checked the websites, but not found anything. I feel that I must be missing something - it seems strange that there is no course of this nature on offer.
Suggestions welcome!

I get most of my entrepreneurial training from listening to podcasts, other business audio and from reading books. I find this more appropriate than sitting through hours of courses. Of course if you can find one that you are really interested in and you feel you need then a course might be just right. The good thing about meeting others face to face is that it helps with networking.
I can recommend www.redshop.biz for business audio books and as goes podcasts you have a huge number of them about in the various directories. Most major papers do their own, and then you have the start up specials like small biz pod and flying startups (the second of which is brillant, and that is how I found out about the redhop).
Depending on what info/training you would like I am sure I could recommend a whole big bunch of books as well

We run a one day course on SEO and Pay Per Click advertising aimed at non technical business owners and managers.
At the end of the course you will know all you need to know about getting your website listed in the main search engines and how to run a Google Adwords campaign.
Please PM me if you would like any more information.
Happy Internet Marketing!
