I've just started a new business and want to employ students to sell these products on a commission only basis. They won't get a minimum wage, just the commission if they sell the product. What are the legal issues around this - do I have to create some kind of disclaimer in case of they injure themselves while working etc? Any advice or links which could point in the direction of the legality of this in the UK would be great. Thanks

I'm looking for advice on the same topic. I was reading about Agency Sales Contracts, but read that you have to compensate them when ending the agreement, so don't think that would be suitable if they've already been paid the commission.
