Hey all, I, like many others (and I'm sure if and when the forum gets popular you won't see the end of these posts), am starting up a business primarily in web design, logo design and branding. I have little in the way of official previous work and as this field of business is very dependent upon experience, I'm waiting until I have some testimonials in the bag before I launch my website. So, the point of this topic? As you may have guessed from the title of this post, I'm offering discounted (or free, depending on your requirements) services. This is in order to get some references and, of course, help fellow entrepreneurs finding themselves in the same situation I'm in. Fees are largely up for negotiation, or if you prefer, you may state a budget that I'll work around. Just so as you know what you're getting yourselves into, I'll provide a short summary of what I've done/am doing so far. My site is still under development and can be found at http://www.freewebs.com/acidreign/exalis/english/index.htm. This, however, is not permanent as I only use this free host to show my abilities. I am also currently working on an online portal for the Tesun group of companies, which can be found at http://www.geocities.com/exalis_corporation/. This is also temporary and will also serves the purpose of a place to boast my work to the client. I have already received some feedback from the owner of these companies, Mr Fahn, claiming the design to be "brilliant", but I guess it's down to opinion. I am also soon to be undertaking a project requiring the development of a website for a local sculpting company, who've seen impressive success, building scultpures for U.N. buildings and having a hand in the design of the Oscars. As I'm potentially building a well-sized portfolio for web design work, I'm now mainly in need of testimonials, chiefly, for logo design and branding. The only previous work here, however, is a logo I'm about to begin designing for 2four7.co.uk, which is also where the Tesun portal will be hosted. Apologies for my lengthy post but hey, I have to try! I hope to see a response in the near future,
