This is a question for entrepreneurs who started trading in the last year or two.
Were there any unexpected startup costs which you didn't put into your business plan?
Perhaps you didn't budget enough for accounting? Maybe vehicle maintenance cost you more than expected? What about staff tax - what did you miss out, and what cost more than expected?
You know, things that now seem obvious since you started trading but back at the planning stage went completely unnoticed!
I want to make my startup budget as accurate as possible, so your help would be really appreciated!
