Hi Lexie,
I think to get multi user for free is a hard task.
What functionality do you need from your CRM?

hi there adam,
thanks for the reply
it's quite basic really.
it's a small massage business, so i need to see where the therapists are going, what shifts they are working, addresses, moneys coming in from therapists, client details - phone numbers addresses etc.
i basically need to keep tabs on the whats going on.
maybe it's something other than crm?
does this help answer your question?
thanks
lexie

Hi Lexie,
A crm would do what you need but maybe a password protect online diary would be a less heavy weight solution. I presume you would need the information to be private to you and not allow the therapists to see other therapists details?
Do you already have a website to put this functionality on?
Feel free to email me adam@clockworkbear.com and hopefully we can find a solution.
Kind Regards

It can be hard to find a CRM system that is free of charge. Can be worth investing in one, but then again if you are a small business you might not see much point in this right now I guess?
As you grow though (which I hope you will!) you might need an IT solution which can grow and evolve with your business.
Have you had any luck finding a reliable and cost free CRM? Would be interested to hear of them and what your feelings on them are, from an industry perspective.

hi jane
thanks for your email.
there is one i have found called myoffice, but they aren't free. looks like just a one off payment for each user.
if not looked into any more yet as this i think would be something i dont quite need yet. myoffice does look like a good option at the moment due to the one off payment and they've been very helpful and quick in getting back to me via email, which is great.
hope this helps.

CRM software is designed to store contacts in the form of names, addresses, phone and fax numbers, and email addresses. In addition, however, birthdays, anniversaries, and other important dates can be saved. The CRM software can also store purchases, returns, and other buying information, such as how long a warranty will be good for and whether the customer has purchased extended protection coverage or other plans which might be helpful. These kinds of information are very important to the efficient running of a business, but many small business owner do not feel that having this software is really necessary. For a one-person or even-two person business, this may be true. However, even a very small business can have a lot of clients, and those clients can be remembered with CRM software so that there are no problems with their future orders or correspondence.

CRM Software can help with organization by setting up Reminders and showing a Today View with all the Appointments for today as well as important tasks that need to be carried out eg invoicing a client or making a phone call.
It can also automatically handle Invoice Tracking with the option to send a Payment Reminder at the click of a button.
Also tasks such as Mail Merge or Email Merge to send marketing material or newsletters to clients and potential clients.
CRM needn't be expensive. Amphis Customer www.amphis-software.com is £149+Vat for 3 users including Support and Upgrades. That's the total cost. There are no monthly or yearly fees. Single user price is £99+Vat.
