Hello
Wondering if anyone can shed some light please. Is it required to have Consumer Credit Licence if you run a affiliate website for Payday Loans. Website attracts consumers, who fill up the form, which then get forwarded to various lenders for approval. Wesite generates commssion on any loan approved. It also keep consumer personal data.
