Over the years i have accumulated a very very large database of Main contractors/quantity surveyors and sub-contractors/suppliers. I plan to offer this data base by having 5 businesses in each construction trade area i.e Brick layers, plasterers etc, These will be regional. The main contractors will contact me via my website and say we need prices off plumbers etc for the attached job (drawings and quantities attached). I will then allocate the drawings to 3 businesses for pricing. If one of the businesses win the job i get a commission say 5% of the job worth. What do you guys think??
