Dear Guest 101 You have not said which company formation agent. If you want to register the company yourself you can download all the necessary documents free from our site ( http://www.innovation-dynamics.co.uk/innovateur.co.uk_company.html ). You then just send them to Companies House yourslef with the 20 pound registration fee - though you will need to get one of the documents witnessed by a solicitor which should cost you 5 pounds. The company will be set up in 7 days. You can also check live on your company name on the site - all free of course. If you need to get the company set up more quickly than that then use an agent as Companies House would charge you 80 pounds for same day registration. An agent will also take a bit of the hassle out of it for you and I am sure that those listed on this site would do a good job for you - though I have no experience of them. Dear Tom No - it is an independent voluntary project, though we do collaborate with Cambridge and Oxford, and mentor some entrepreneurs there. We aim to support all institutions taking progressive measures on entrepreneurial issues.
