yikes. yeah, you'll want to address that ASAP.

chances are if you're sales are dropping that much that there is a technical issue, like the one Devi mentions, that needs to be fixed.

Thanks guys, really appreciate your comments...but don't like the sound of that error...ugh.

Thing is I keep testing the cart, etc. and don't get any errors. So it's a bit difficult to estable what that error might be.

I didn't get any errors and as someone else mentioned the site is fast. If I had any comments, and I'm no expert so it's more of a personal opinion, is that the front page content is a bit cluttered, and you have to scroll down before you can see what the website is about because of the Rate Point and Google widgets. Perhaps you could move them to the bottom. Whether this is something you have changed recently I'm not sure, so don't know if it has affected your sales.
