Hi

I'm currently a sole trader and I'm working on a couple of new ventures. They won't be ready or trading until sometime around Autumn this year but I don't want to lose the names if I decide to incorporate (I'm researching whether incorporation is right for these ventures).

So my question is, can I register them as dormant companies? What are the general implications of doing so and in particular the implication as I'm already a sole trader? Are there any effects on my self assesment forms or any benefits (I'm receiving some). I'm not in the position to get an account so if anyone has some advice or has been throught the same thing it would be great to hear from you!
