Hi everyone I need help!

We are in the process of moving from a home based business into a commercial property which is divided into approx. 40 separate "units" which are rented out to various companies on a monthly licence agreement.

The trouble is that I am struggling to find an insurance company that will cover us (public liability, employers liability and stock) due to the fact that we share the premises with other companies. (the individual units are fully secure)

Has anyone else come across this problem and know of an insurance company that might help us?

I have tried all the "well known" commercial insurance companies and have a couple of brokers doing some running for us but am drawing a blank at present...

Any help would be much appreciated.
