Hi,
I was wondering if anyone had any contacts for bulk email sending... I must stress that this is a targeted list of 1.5m people and at most they will be emailed 3 times (unless they opt out after the first).
Thanks,
Mark.

Sending that volume of email won't work, as the outgoing mail servers of ISPs have limits to the mail they will send per hour. The email marketing companies that are good at sending those volumes won't allow you to send unsolicited mail through their systems - but maybe these are prospects that have expressed an interest?
Bear in mind that UK law says that "organisations must only send marketing emails to individuals if you have agreed to receive them, except where there is a clearly defined customer relationship". I know that mailing over a million people might seem like a gift from heaven, but I don't think it is going to work - not least because the major email providers/ISPs will spam filter you.

This screams to me email spam. Don't do it. Especially if they are unsolicited emails, which from the figure I'd guess they are.

From everything I've learned about bulk emailing, I've heard if you try to send more than 10 from of the same email at the same time that it will instantly send it to the spam file. I'm not sure how bigger well known companies send out an email blast but I wouldn't recommend doing one if they are unsolicited.
