I felt obliged to write this e-mail to inform people of a very bad experience I had today with sales staff at a company called Million Impossible.
I was called out of the blue from these guys who were the pushiest sales people I have ever spoken to. I told them I wasn't going to make an instant decision especially when it involved paying £500 for a glorified forum, even then they started asking me for my details to sign me up. I also told them I would contact them if I was interested in pursuing and their response was that they would call me tomorrow as the SPECIAL offer was only available for that day!
Anyone who signs up for this service must be mad! I would suggest you stay well clear of these guys and use sites such as startups.co.uk who offer the same service for free.
Don't get sucked in!

i agree with you kaceelyn.. even at malls, there are lots of them.. i don't think that the companies are really asking them to do that... i think it's because they have to have some for them to earn commissions.. yes?

The site offers nothing and is the worst thing I have ever done! I found this link Million Impossible when searching for complaints, I wonder what they really think? I did email the company and they replied they have no problem with Million Impossible, I just wonder if they are being politically correct?

Thats a standard sales ploy, the pressure on the customer that the offer will not last for long , to get them to panic and make a rash decision and end up buying without thinking it through.

I must say...
We had a call from them and yes they were trying to get us on board and signed up but we asked them to call back at a more convenient time.
They called back and talked us through the site and I dont think they were as pushy as any other sales people. Its their job to sell and I think that they were friendly and cooperative. They were quite 'matey' and not too formal which always goes down better too.
We signed up after being given a low cost 'member for life' membership and a week after being on there we have made some valuable business contacts and potential fufure business opportunities.
Its early days for the Million Impossible website but I think that it could turn out to be money very well spent for us as a business.

There are many like you who suffer at the hands of sales personals but can't do anything against them. The best way to be secured from such guys is to ask for the references and to talk or meet with those people personally.

hi all,
In all fairness to million impossible they offer alot more than just a forum! they offer a buddle of resourceful help and information around all different areas of business. My business has only been up and running for 4 months and in that time my account manager (that cold called me) from million impossible has helped me understand how the website works and I am about to try arrange a webinar on the site around the importance of good SEO! I have not yet joined million impossible due to funds but they have still been helpful and they have put me in touch with another member who can help me bring in more work, she seem's nice so fingers crossed!
The online community is also only one area of the business, I have attended one of the Entrepreneur School's that they also run which is a face to face networking meeting that also helps to school small business owners! I found it great the one that I went to was about business planning, the speaker they had definatly knew his stuff and I gained some really good contacts I found a few of the events activities really entertaining and quite funny!
All in all they are a good business with good intentions perhaps you should call them and see if they have a School close to you? they gave me a complimentary free ticket! that way you can make your own mind up about them?
