You can find some reliable resources about franchising online. There is one for starters who are thinking about buying a franchise that will help you get off. The most important thing is to inform yourself sufficiently before starting a franchise business.

There are lots of great resources online however you did not specify what you meant by a "franchise expert" there are many areas of franchising so to be honest it would be good if you could be a little more specific with what expertise you are looking for!
